Fernan Oliveros, a software developer based in Bucaramanga, Santander (Colombia), is responsible for the information you send through the contact form on this site. The site runs on the codbuddy platform, which acts as the data processor.

What information is collected

• Your name, email address and, if you provide it, the company you work for.
• The reason for your message and the message itself.
• Your IP address and the date of submission, to prevent abuse.

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

How it's used

Only to reply to your message and follow up on the conversation you start (proposals, job opportunities or collaborations). Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to access, update, correct and request the deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, reply to the confirmation email you received or reach out through any of the channels on the contact page.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and for a reasonable period afterward to handle any claims; messages flagged as spam are deleted automatically after 30 days.
