The challenge

The original platform depended on six Java microservices, an email service and two separate applications: expensive to maintain and impossible to deploy on affordable infrastructure.

The solution

We redesigned the architecture as a monorepo: a Laravel API and React microfrontends served as static files with Module Federation. Ranchers list lots with a price per kilo, buyers send requests and the sales team manages every order.
